In all the excitement and hard work that goes into setting up a conventional small business gross overall margins need to be thrashed out. In other words, what kind of profits will you make? It is a crucial step that must be taken early in the and form the central backbone of any business plan. What is your margin? What  can the industry bear? Is the end price realistic? Will it sell?
